How does Easy Oven Setup work?

EOS uses a newly developed search engine to calculate the effect of thousands of possible oven settings before recommending the best options to the user. The profile calculated for each of the recommended recipes can be viewed graphically and analyzed numerically, ensuring the profile is exactly as required prior to programming the new settings into the oven and commencing with production.

Simply program the oven with the new settings and start the production process.

Step 1   Profile the product in the reflow oven, enabling software to calculate the thermal characteristics of the product or PCB assembly.
