Controlled Atmosphere Brazing Furnace Surveyor from DATAPAQ

September 11, 2012

Berlin - DATAPAQ introduces the CAB Furnace Surveyor, a temperature logging system for controlled atmosphere brazing processes. It consists of a data logger, a thermal barrier, and an adjustable jig holding six type K thermocouples in a fixed position for consistent and repeatable measurements. The intuitive Insight software provides comprehensive analysis functions such as maximum temperature, time at temperature, slope calculation, and rise and fall calculations. Once the Q18 data logger is removed from the thermal barrier, traffic-light indicators provide instant feedback on the success or failure of brazing processes. The CAB Furnace Surveyor system can generate alarms for all analysis functions. Trend analysis will highlight drift before pre-set tolerances are surpassed, enabling operators to rectify process parameters early on. The robust system has been designed for daily use and immediate re-employment.
At the ALUMINIUM 2012 exhibition, which will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany, October 09-11, DATAPAQ will present innovative temperature profiling solutions in Hall 10, Stand I17.
