The MultiPaq21 temperature and humidity data logger can record up to 8 product or environmental temperature as well as humidity recordings simultaneously. Using flexible thermocouple cables, the temperature sensors can be positioned precisely within the product, on the surface, or in the air for accurate process validation. This data logger is designed to withstand the most hostile food processing applications for reliable, accurate process validation of any application.

The data collected from the data logger is then analyzed with Insight software, providing detailed reports at a single click. The Insight software is the “brains” of our process validation systems for food processing. This easy to use software converts raw data from the data logger into meaningful information about your process, including instant reports on lethality. Insight software also documents your process for process validation and formal documentation of HACCP and other certification validations.

Easily generate traceable profile reports for process validation documentation

Insight software can generate certified and traceable profile reports with ease that show graphically the oven profile and your CCP analysis results to satisfy all your HACCP documentation and other process validation needs. The report shows both the data and the necessary process information. Complement the raw data with notes and memos to explain process observations. Add zone markings and a distance axis so that you can see the product temperature changes in relation to the physical design of the oven. This is ideal for fault finding and process temperature control.

Document certification compliance and process quality control

All of our temperature profiling systems include software that automatically generates a standard report to simplify process validation and documentation. All the data files are fully traceable as well and includes operator name, product type, and data logger serial number in addition to temperature information to prove the repeatability of your process.
