Furnace profiling systems for processes up to 2200ºF/1200ºC
These furnace profiling systems are available with a wide range of thermal barriers for excellent results in high-temperature furnaces and hostile environments. These thermal barriers can withstand temperatures as high as 2200ºF/1200ºC for furnace profiling in the most hostile environments.
Additionally, these furnace profiling systems can be outfitted with one of Datapaq's data loggers to suit almost any high temperature application. These data loggers are available with up to 10 individually-calibrated channels, accurate to within 0.5ºF/0.3ºC, and telemetry hardware for real-time in-process results. Additionally, these data loggers can record up to 130,000 data readings with a sampling interval as fast as 0.1 seconds for reliable, detailed furnace profiling.
Kiln profiling systems for processes up to 2900ºF/1650ºC
All of our kiln temperature profiling systems are able to withstand the high temperatures beneath the kiln car or inside roller hearth kilns due to the unique design of our thermal barriers. These thermal barriers can withstand up to 2900ºF/1650ºC for most high temperature applications.
At the heart of our kiln profiling systems are our reliable, accurate data loggers. We offer a wide variety of data loggers that are excellent for use in kiln profiling systems. These data loggers can have as many as 10 channels accuracy up to 0.5ºF/0.3ºC, and sampling intervals as small as 0.1 seconds.
