| Product Description |

Datapaq® SolarPaq temperature profiling system for vacuum lamination enables the process to be monitored without disrupting normal production. The logger and its associated thermocouples are placed into the laminator along with the sheet to be monitored. The system passes through the laminator and on exiting, the temperature profile information can be downloaded and analyzed.
This system includes a Q18 data logger, stainless steel thermal barrier, fine wire type K thermocouples with adhesive patch probe, as well as special silicone protection frame, combined with the new Solar Insight software and provides you with the tools required to obtain the highest production yields.

| Data Logger |

The Datapaq Q18 logger features rugged, reliable and accurate data acquisition circuits, clear status indicators and an intelligent battery management system. It also features start/stop buttons, time or temperature trigger, 300,000 readings memory capacity and measures wide temperature ranges from -200°C to 1370°C/-328°F to 2498°F.

| Thermal Barriers |
|
This system provides a choice of thermal barriers designed to withstand the harsh thermal and pressure environments. Built with stainless steel outer case and microporous ceramic insulation interior, these barriers can be used time and time again for both process set-up and regular monitoring. This system also offers silicone protection frame.

| Thermocouples |
|
The fine wire type K thermocouples included with this system feature PTFE insulation and a flattened measuring tip fitted with an adhesive patch to enable them to be quickly attached to the module surface.
